All orders are offers to purchase our products and are subject to acceptance by Enchaited. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.
Advertised prices exclude taxes and shipping unless noted. Sales tax, VAT, or duties may be charged where required by law. Promotional codes, discounts, or offers are subject to additional terms, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time. If a promotion is applied in error, we may cancel or adjust the order after notifying you.
We ship to the locations listed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses.
For food-safety reasons, opened consumable products (e.g., tea blends) are generally not returnable. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sip@enchaited.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Refunds or replacements are provided at our reasonable discretion in accordance with applicable law.
We strive to present accurate product information, but minor variations may occur (e.g., packaging updates). Ingredients and potential allergens are disclosed where applicable; if you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, consult your healthcare professional before consumption. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The Enchaited name, logos, designs, text, images, and other content are owned by or licensed to Enchaited and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our marks or content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
The Services may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (e.g., payment, analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Enchaited is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENCHAITED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ENCHAITED FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER FROM WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enchaited and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Virginia to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
