Yes. Enchaited is made with Assam black tea, so it contains caffeine — typically less than a cup of coffee, depending on how strong you brew it. For a lighter cup, use 1 teaspoon instead of 2.

The chai blend itself contains only tea and spices — no dairy, no gluten, no nuts. It is vegan as sold. Always check for cross-contamination if you have severe allergies, as our products are packed in a facility that handles various botanicals.

Bring 6 oz water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon for a light cup or 2 teaspoons for strong, and simmer 2–3 minutes. Add 1–2 oz milk, let it boil once, then flash-boil a few times (lift the pan off the heat as it rises) and strain. Sweeten to taste.

Pour 6–8 oz freshly boiled water over one dip bag in a cup and steep 3–4 minutes. Add 1–2 oz milk and sweetener to taste. One bag makes one cup.

Yes. Steep 2 teaspoons of loose leaf in 6 oz hot water for 4 minutes, strain over ice and add cold milk. For cold brew, steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz cold water overnight in the fridge, then strain and add milk.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email sip@enchaited.com within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund. Unopened pouches can be returned within 30 days. Opened tea can’t be returned for food-safety reasons, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, write to us and we will make it right.

Keep the pouch sealed, away from light, heat and moisture. Once opened, reseal it tightly (or use an airtight container) and enjoy within about 3 months for the best flavour.
